Balsamic Maple Salmon

This might be the best salmon I’ve had. I mean it. The recipe was on a website I cannot remember now which is bad because I’m not going to be able to give them credit. But hopefully they’ll forgive me, if they ever see this post 🙂


2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

Heat your oven up to 350 ° F. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients. Place salmon fillets in a baking pan and brush them with the mixture before putting them in the oven. You’re going to keep brushing them every 3-4 minutes. I baked the fish a total of 20 minutes, it was so soft and delicious! I also used the leftover sauce to marinade some chicken breast and oh my did it turn out great.
